1. Administrator

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide: name, email, message and — at checkout — shipping address.

• Technical data: your language and consent preferences, stored in your browser.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis (GDPR)

• Answering inquiries — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Processing and delivering orders — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

• Newsletter, if you subscribe — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.

4. Recipients

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: payments (Stripe), print and shipping fulfilment (Gicleo), hosting and delivery (Cloudflare), email (Resend). They act on our behalf.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or order and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies / local storage to remember your language and consent, and — only after you accept — anonymized Google Analytics (IP anonymization, Google Consent Mode) to measure traffic. No advertising cookies are set. You can decline by not accepting the cookie banner.
