Dąbrowski

Terms & Conditions

Draft — for review by a lawyer before launch.

1. Seller

The store is run by Damian Dąbrowski (the "Seller"). Contact: hello@damiandabrowski.com.

2. Products

We sell collectible fine-art prints: pigment giclée prints on archival papers, offered as limited numbered editions, open editions and posters. Each collectible edition print is signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

3. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in the selected currency and cover the print and any chosen framing. Placing an order via Stripe Checkout is an offer to buy; the contract is concluded upon payment confirmation.

4. Payments

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

5. Production and shipping

Prints are made to order (print-on-demand) and individually inspected. Typical production time is a few business days; delivery time depends on destination. You receive the details by email.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Note: prints produced to your specification (size, frame, edition number) may be treated as personalized goods exempt from withdrawal — to be confirmed in the final terms.

7. Complaints

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@damiandabrowski.com; we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Copyright

All images and works remain the intellectual property of Damian Dąbrowski. Buying a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

9. Final provisions

These terms are a working draft and will be finalized with legal counsel. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
